Geothermal Tour
Geothermal pools, power plants, lava fields and craters!
Iceland’s subterranean energy is revealed from the air as we tour across Iceland’s volcanic landscape. Our journey takes us over geothermal pools, power plants, lava fields and craters, including a brief stop where we can witness the raw, primeval energy rising up from the earth beneath us. Finally our flight path concludes with a flyover of Reykjavik to give us an aerial overview of the city.
"Wonderful staff welcome you with smiling faces and a pure "customer in the center" attitude. Helicopters are well kept after and the trips have that sort of playfulness that something as outlandish as a helicopter tour really should have. The one hour trip to the thermal sites outside Reykjavik offer a good compromise between unique experience and a price tag that is still reasonable." -Trip Advisor
"Our pilot Gudjon explained so much when we landed between steam, outbreaks, hot springs etc. that I learned that a helicopter could land while a plane cannot land here. It was an outstanding experience. And I can recommend everyone to do it too." -Trip Advisor
